To support our continuous growth, we are looking for result oriented individuals in our existing team for the following position:

Position: Officer Front Desk

Job Location: Corporate Office, Tejgaon-Gulshan Link Road, Dhaka

Position Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for attending visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face and supply accurate information in a timely manner regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges
provide general administrative and clerical support
Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company
Receive letters, messages, documents and pass them to proper place/persons and keep records
Any other tasks assigned by the management
