Job Description / Responsibility
  • Receive a standard e-mail from sales that the quotation has become a contract
  • Making contracts available by moving the quotation from the ‘quotation’ folder to the ‘contract’ folder
  • Checking the contracts for completeness and plausibility
  • Forwarding contracts to GSC so that rates will be stored in System
  • Archiving & maintenance of old contracts
  • Storing & maintaining of contracts which are valid for more than one station
  • Solving and completing missing contracts
  • Checking the stations discipline of storing all billing related information on share drive
  • Administrating the SOP / Billing Instructions
  • Stakeholder for all billing relevant issues
  • Participate in calls
  • Participate in bid launch calls
  • Sanity check on billing instructions
  • Review all documents sent from final contract documentation from Commercial Owner
  • Complete what is missing in terms of billing
  • Participate in update calls regularly
  • Distribute final Contract with billing person and customer service
  • Prepare Charge Instructions. New / Updated contract available on local repositories
  • Interface to CSI account owner and local Contract Managers. Latest information on charge instructions available on all respective local repositories
  • Communicate updates/renewals to Contact Manager network at all and in time
  • Provide feedback on missing billing information from Account Manager in time, Clear communication of deadlines
  • Check invoices, customer billing on daily basis and compare with contract in order to correct invoicing.
  • Any other job assigned by Head of the Department
