Update and revise all existing process manuals to serve as standard guidelines for all
Ensure effective and required process is in place to improve overall service quality
Ensure to attain risk information and timely assess various process requirements
Evaluate and prioritize process needs and ensure new process delivery accordingly
Assist line manager to formulate an effective process control framework
Ensure periodic review and suggest for process changes / developments and control
Initiate to identify probable risks associated in business and operational process for control
Assist line manager in developing time and cost effective processes in a risk-mitigated manner
Escalate risks & process gaps with suggested process to ERMC for information and approval
Assist the Department Head in finalizing the annual budget
Support the Department Head in policy making and administrative issues.
Assist management in various risk analyzing and process control studies / assignments
