Job Description / Responsibility
- Communicate with customers answering service questions; suggesting information about other services.
- Resolve service issues by understanding the customer’s complaint as per company policy.
- Follow up with current and old customers.
- Coordinate with doctors on schedule.
- Open and maintain customer records.
- Make report for doctors.
- Full-time, Contractual
- Graduate in any discipline.
- H.S.C, or University student with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

- Basic computer & internet skills.
- Fluent and presentable communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
